Fête de la Science 2025

Fondation Science 4 Reefs at the Fête de la Science 2025 – Tahiti🌊

On Friday, October 3rd, we were honored to participate in the 34ᵉ édition de la Fête de la Science, held at Le Village des Sciences, located at the Présidence de la Polynésie française in Tahiti.

As a foundation dedicated to the protection and restoration of coral reefs, we set up an interactive stand to raise awareness about reef ecosystems and inspire not only the next generation but everyone who came to visit us.

🎨A special highlight was the presence of talented artist Estelle CRUZ, PhD, who helped us with a live collaborative fresco, an initiative from Marine Coutelas , inviting everyone (although mostly kids did this amazing art piece), to paint and express their vision of ocean life and coral reefs.

🧠🐠 We also had fun educational games for kids, challenging them to recognize different coral species, an exciting and playful way to connect science and creativity.

It was an amazing day filled with learning, sharing, art and collective energy in support of our oceans. A big mauruuru to the organizers and everyone who visited our stand!

Hopefully, see you next year again! 🪸🌊
